Made to order
We hold no finished stock. Each piece is crafted for one person by our partner atelier, inspected in Tampa, then shipped insured within 2–3 weeks. Because production begins immediately, made-to-order sales are final.
A typical timeline
Days 1–2
Order review, stone reservation, and a written confirmation of your exact specification.
Days 3–12
Your piece is crafted by our partner atelier in solid 14K or 18K gold with your IGI-certified laboratory-grown diamond.
Days 12–15
Quality inspection in Tampa, FL: checked under magnification against your order and its IGI report.
Days 15–21
Packaged and shipped from Tampa, insured and signature-required, to your door.
Why we build this way
No inventory to subsidize
Retailers who stock cases full of finished jewelry price every piece to cover the ones that never sell. We don't carry that cost, so we don't pass it on.
Your specification, not an approximation
Because every piece is crafted after you order, you get the exact carat, color, clarity, metal and finger size you selected — not the nearest thing in a drawer.
Consistent top-of-range stones
Buying per order lets us hold a D–E color and VVS1–VVS2 clarity standard on every piece instead of clearing whatever inventory is left.
Sizing and fit
Rings are crafted to your finger size, so measure carefully. If you need a different size later, resizing is available for a fee on eligible styles. Eternity bands cannot be resized.
